We're Baskets & Beyond
Our goal is to arrange the finest in gourmet and other high quality gift items in a creative, professional manner that will please both the sender and receiver, while maintaining top value and guaranteed service. All gift baskets are wrapped in cellophane and decorated with a beautiful bow. A card is enclosed containing your personal message.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. Please remember that the baskets shown are examples of what we can create. The combination of items and presentation can be modified to suit your price range and specific occasion, call us to design something custom for you. Also, we are constantly looking for new, exciting and tasty gourmet food products to keep our baskets unique and a pleasure to send. We will do all possible to send your basket exactly as shown, however, we may have to substitute certain products with another of equal or higher value.
Order Processing Time
For same day delivery, orders must placed online or by phone before 11am MT. Orders placed after this time will go out for next day delivery unless another date is specified. Orders may be placed online, by phone or by email.
For holiday gift orders such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day, please allow 1-2 additional days for processing due to high volumes. Same day deliveries may not be available during this time.
We are closed on Canadian Holidays, there are no deliveries made on these days (ie. Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, etc). We are also closed on weekends, if you require a weekend delivery contact us during regular business hours and we may be able to accommodate your request.
Shipping Information
Please ensure that all recipient information is entered accurately, including recipient’s full name, phone number, and apartment, condominium and/or suite number where applicable. Incorrect shipping information may result in a delay of delivery and/or additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser.
If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted as soon as possible to provide an alternate shipping address, and an additional delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery.
Baskets & Beyond will send your basket anywhere within Canada only. Shipping rates will vary depending on destination and level of service chosen. Please inquire if your area is not listed on the basket you would like to order. Local delivery charges are $15 within the city limits and are subject to change. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box Address.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the delivery with a neighbour, or leave a note on the recipient’s door asking them to call Baskets & Beyond to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
We do not leave the delivery on the doorstep unless requested to do so by the customer or recipient. Therefore, the customer assumes all liability for requests to leave a gift basket on a doorstep. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time; deliveries are usually made within a time frame of a few hours.

*Multiple baskets to one location at one time will be charged the base rate for that area on the first basket plus $3 for each additional basket. For multiple baskets going to one location in Calgary: Flat rate of $15 for the first basket plus $3 for each additional basket.
For all other areas not listed above please call us at 403-819-1070 for a delivery quote. Orders are shipped through Canada Post or UPS, costs will be determined by size, weight, and destination of the package.
