Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

  • Pre-designed gifts and shelf-stable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, less any delivery charges.
  • All custom-designed baskets are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must be in new, unopened condition and in their original packaging.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will walk you through the process.

Substitution Policy

We do everything possible to send each basket exactly as shown. However, product availability can vary, and we may substitute certain items with alternatives of equal or greater value.

The combination of items and the presentation can also be adjusted to suit your budget and the specific occasion you are celebrating. Our team takes great care to ensure every basket reflects the same quality and thoughtfulness you expect from us.
