Same-day delivery is available within Calgary only, for orders placed before 11:00 AM Mountain Time on a regular business day. The surrounding communities are served by next-day or scheduled delivery — you simply choose your delivery date at checkout. Orders placed after the 11:00 AM cutoff move to the next available business day.

Delivering multiple gift baskets to the same address? We charge the base delivery rate for the first basket and just $3.00 for each additional basket going to the same location – a great option for corporate gifting or group celebrations.

Alberta & Canada-Wide Shipping

We ship gift baskets throughout Alberta and offer Canada-wide shipping for recipients across the country. Orders are shipped using trusted national couriers – Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, and FedEx – with Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator being the carriers we use most often. The carrier is selected based on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your basket and your delivery destination. Because every order is unique, we provide shipping quotes on a per-order basis. Please contact us for a shipping estimate before placing your order, or call us at 403-819-1070.

Important Shipping Notes

  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a full civic address for all shipped orders.
  • Shipping timelines vary by destination and carrier. We will provide an estimated delivery window when you request a quote.
  • For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend ordering well in advance to allow for transit time.

Delivery Details

To ensure your gift basket arrives without any issues, please double-check all recipient information when placing your order. Accurate delivery details help us get your gift there on time and without additional fees.

Recipient Information

  • Provide the recipient’s full name and phone number
  • Include any apartment, suite, or unit number where applicable
  • Verify the complete civic address, including postal code

Incomplete or incorrect address information may cause delivery delays and may result in additional fees. If we are unable to reach the recipient or locate the address, we will make every effort to contact you before returning the order.

If the Recipient Is Unavailable

Our baskets are hand delivered by a local courier. Please ensure someone is available to receive the gift on the day of delivery.

If the recipient lives in a condo or apartment, we call them before attempting delivery and schedule the delivery according to their availability. For detached homes and townhomes, we do not call the recipient to schedule delivery; the basket is left at the door or porch of the recipient if they are not home, provided the courier considers it safe to do so.

If you would like us to call the recipient and schedule the delivery, please mention this in the Notes section when placing your order. Please note that if you request doorstep delivery, the customer assumes full liability for any loss or damage after the item is left.

Delivery Times

We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time within the day. We schedule deliveries throughout our business hours and will do our best to accommodate any preferences you note on your order.

Redelivery

If a delivery is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, a redelivery fee will apply. Please review all recipient details carefully before submitting your order.

Holiday & Peak Season Processing

During our busiest gifting seasons, we experience high order volumes and require additional time to prepare and dispatch orders. Please plan accordingly if you are ordering around any of the following occasions:

  • Christmas & Holiday Season
  • Mother’s Day
  • Father’s Day
  • Valentine’s Day

During these peak periods, please allow 1 to 2 additional processing days beyond our standard timelines. Same-day delivery may not be available during peak holiday periods. We strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure on-time delivery.
